Adam Coleman, our Senior Estimator, is celebrating his 20th year at Prima Systems today!
Adam joined the team straight from school at the age of 17. Adam had been studying Business and Economics at a school in Dover but decided the working world was more suited to him. After seeing the role of Trainee Estimator advertised at the local job centre, Adam was interviewed by then Sales Director, Justin Halfpenny and joined the team shortly after. A few short years later and Adam was promoted to Senior Estimator after a new trainee joined the team.
Adam has seen many changes within the company and the industry as a whole and is now considered an expert in his field. As a company, we aim to stay ahead of our competition and Adam remembers a particular project at Thanet Reach where - due to uncertainty within our supply chain - we took the brave decision to branch out into manufacturing in order to meet the requirements for the project.
Adam's knowledge and experience is truly valued and we're delighted that Adam has been part of the team for all these years - and long may it continue.
