Project Overview:
The work consisted of the replacement of the existing windows and doors with new high performance thermally enhanced UPVc windows & composite entrance doors to 28 properties within the Hastings and Swale districts owned by Optivo Housing Association.
The works were undertaken as part of the Government's Decarbonisation Scheme under the Retrofit PAS 2035:19 standard.
As a PAS 2030:19 & trustmark certified installers we were contracted by Vinci Facilities to undertake the works to ensure compliance was achieved.
