Our new trainee Design/Contracts Manager has successfully completed his first week of training.
Working alongside Ross Halfpenny - who created and delivered the training programme - our new recruit spent the first week gaining an overview of the company and its processes as well as a covering the basic requirements of the materials, products and systems.
More training will follow this week as he gains a better understanding of the role. The first site visit is all booked in and will be joining fellow Contracts Manager Kevin Herbert on site next week to learn how to carry out a site survey.
After this period our trainee will be working alongside Kevin Herbert and Chris Jones to start the journey to becoming a fully fledged Project/Design Manager.
