What information do we hold and how do we collect it?
We will collect personal information from LLP & Ltd companies who contact us with a view to working together (e.g. a tender request) and once we have agreed to a contract. Personal Information is collected from various sources such as:

- Minutes from meetings
- The contract or order received from you
- Contacting your office and requesting information
- Providing information yourself verbally or in writing
- Public information on your company website
Information we hold will mainly consist of:

We will primarily use your data in order to fulfill our obligations in completing a contract with you or responding to queries from you.

All employees at Prima Systems will have access to our contacts because it may be relevant for various members of our team to contact you throughout different stages of a project.
For example, our estimating team will need to contact you at the start of a project and our accounts team will need your information when it comes to sending invoices.

Post Contract / Marketing
The aim is to facilitate marketing that is relevant to you, and helps you in your professional role. You may not actually want it, but you should at least understand why it was sent to you.
We do not send regular marketing emails but we may occasionally contact you in a professional capacity regarding services and schemes that we feel would be of interest to you.
