Prima Systems Achieves £100,000 in Social Value Contributions for 2025

Prima Systems (SE) Ltd is proud to announce that we have delivered over £100,000 in social value contributions during 2025, reflecting our continued commitment to supporting local communities, strengthening the construction industry, and investing in the next generation of talent.

A significant proportion of our social value is generated through our commitment to local employment and the use of local suppliers wherever possible. By prioritising regional businesses and skills, we help strengthen local economies and ensure the positive impact of our projects is felt well beyond practical completion.

We also recognise that social value is not solely created through large-scale initiatives. Often, it is the smaller, thoughtful actions that make a meaningful difference. Throughout the year, we have supported a range of community causes, including donating TVs and furniture to care homes, providing Easter eggs and items for charity raffles, and offering practical support where it is most needed. These contributions, while modest in isolation, collectively play an important role in supporting community wellbeing.

Our ongoing partnership with DIIC – Diversity and Inclusion in Construction remains a key pillar of our social value strategy. We are proud to have renewed our annual membership with DIIC, reflecting our shared commitment to innovation, equity, diversity and inclusive practices across construction and engineering.
2025 has been a standout year for DIIC, marked by impactful school outreach programmes, continued support for women and young people entering the industry, and their inaugural Black History Month networking event, which brought people together to celebrate progress and drive meaningful conversations around inclusion in construction. We are proud to support DIIC’s mission and encourage others across the industry to engage with their important work.

Beyond the social value captured within the £100,000 total, Prima Systems has also made a significant investment in developing our own people. During 2025, our team dedicated nearly 1,000 hours to upskilling, with a particular focus on sustainability, ensuring we remain informed, responsible, and proactive in addressing environmental and industry challenges.

We place a great deal of importance on delivering meaningful social value, so it is especially rewarding when our clients recognise how we consistently go above and beyond in meeting — and often exceeding — their expectations.

Looking ahead to 2026, we aim to further strengthen our impact by launching a community fund for the Dover area, increasing employee volunteer days, and offering additional work placements to support local people and initiatives.

Together, these efforts have enabled us to surpass the £100,000 social value milestone for 2025 — a reflection of our values, our people, and our ongoing commitment to giving back while building a more inclusive and sustainable construction industry.
