City Gate Construction Ltd approached Prima to offer our expertise to them on a new PAS2030 project they had secured in Devon on behalf of Sanctuary.
This project consisted of the retrofit of 11 properties to meet new energy standards. We took the project from the initial design stages liaising with the project energy consultant to compose a specification for the retrofit design strategy through to the installation and completion. We built a good working relationship with the City gate team and look forward to working with them again on future projects.
