We have recently completed a window and door refurbishment at a retirement scheme in Hastings on behalf of Housing 21.
We selected Profile 22's Optima casement windows and Rehau Total 70 residential doors to replace the original, aging PVC windows and doors. The new windows and doors are ‘A’ rated for energy efficiency and were accredited Security by Design (SBD) ensuring that they offer improved thermal-efficiency and meet the rigorous standards of enhanced security performance.
This is now our second successful project for Housing 21 having completed a similar window and door refurbishment at Charles Lister Court in Dover.
