We are delighted to hear that we have secured the external glazing package on the Chichester Free School extension project on the site of a former Carmelite Convent. The team at Farrans Construction have selected us following the great success we shared on both the Monkfrith School and Logic Studio School projects earlier this year.
The £26.5m Chichester Free School will provide improved educational facilities for 1,280 pupils aged between 4 and 19. The project includes the construction of both a primary school and secondary school wing around an existing convent building. Multi-use games facilities and external landscaping are also included in the works.
We're due on site in October and will be installing Metal Technology's 4-35 Hi+ windows, 5-20D Hi+ doors and the system 17 curtain walling. We'll also be installing roof lights from Vitral.
