Our works at Sproughton CEP School in Ipswich are nearly complete. Works took place over the Summer holidays and included replacing soffits, fascias, windows and cladding around the school.
We fitted Comar 5Pi Eco+ casement windows, Comar 9Pi Ladder frames and Comar 7Pi CD Door Systems. For the cladding, we selected Hardieplank cladding panels in a Rich Espresso colour.
Working on behalf of Ingleton Wood and directly with the team at the school, we were appointed as the principal contractor. The ‘Work Direct’ service removed the need to appoint a main contractor to oversee the work resulting in a more streamlined service delivery as well as reducing the project management costs in the already limited budget.
